基于"态靶辨治"理论构建失眠障碍的临证策略
Clinical strategies for insomnia disorder based on the"state-target differentiation"theory
摘要
Abstract
As the second prominent mental health issue in the world,insomnia disorder(ID)can significantly affect patients'quality of life and increase comorbidity risks during its chronic progression.However,the current TCM diagnostic frameworks offer limited explorations into its etiology and pathogenesis.This study innovatively applies the"state-target differentiation"theory proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin to establish a novel clinical strategy for the disease.By taking into account factors such as constitutions,disease onset,and symptom severity,the study constructs a five-state classification model(fatigue,heat,dampness,dryness,and deficiency).Guided by the identified states,therapies are tailored through formula selection based on the state-and symptom-specific treatment,thereby establishing a four-level diagnostic and therapeutic pathway of"disease-state-formula-medication".This approach aims to provide new perspectives and methodologies for the clinical management of insomnia disorder.关键词
