基于多元多尺度模糊熵的气液两相流流型辨识
Identification of Gas-liquid Two-phase Flow Pattern Based on Multivariate Multi-scale Fuzzy Entropy

Abstract
A method for analyzing the flow characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow based on multivariate multi-scale fuzzy entropy(mvMFE)is proposed.The electrical resistance tomography array sensor is used to collect the flow pattern information of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the vertical ascending pipeline,and the dimensionality reduction processing of the measurement data is carried out by principal component analysis.Then,multivariate multi-scale fuzzy entropy is used to measure the complexity of multivariate time series with different flow patterns,and compared with multivariate multi-scale permutation entropy(mvMPE),multivariate multi-scale dispersion entropy(mvMDE)and multi-scale fuzzy entropy(MFE)of unary time series.Further calculation of the average value and growth rate of the first ten scales of mvMFE show that the mvMFE corresponding to the same flow pattern has the greatest difference,and the mvMFE of different flow patterns is more significant,and mvMFE can better reveal the flow behavior of gas-liquid two-phase flow.关键词
