社区教育治理中政府履责的应然向度与改进路径
Normative Dimensions and Improvement Paths of Governmental Responsibility in Community Education Governance

Abstract
Community education governance constitutes an integral component of the social governance system and plays a vital role in building a life-long learning-oriented society.Achieving good community education governance requires a governance framework dominated by the government and partic-ipated by multiple governance subjects.As the leading force among multiple governance subjects of community education,the government's effective ful-fillment of responsibility is a key factor in ensuring the efficient operation of state power and the overall effectiveness of the governmental system.The find-ings indicate that it is more appropriate to analyze governmental responsibility in community education governance through three dimensions of value,insti-tutions and roles within structural functionalism.Accordingly,the improvement paths of governmental responsibility in community education governance should focus on clarifying the value of community education,paying attention to the coupling between formal and informal institutions,and defining the government's role more precisely.关键词
