Abstract
The vortex flowmeter holds a significant position in the field of flow measurement due to its advantages such as having no mechanical moving parts,adaptability to various media,and low pressure loss.The vortex signal detected by the piezoelectric element undergoes a series of amplifications,filtering,and other processing through analog and digital circuits to obtain precise flow values.To enhance the dynamic response performance of the vortex flowmeter,a multi-channel parallel signal processing method with a 1/f 2 amplitude-frequency characteristic modulation is designed.By employing filtering units with a 1/f 2 attenuation(-40 dB/dec)characteristic and extending the turndown ratio based on the physical relationship of the amplitude-frequency characteristics of vortex signals,the measurement channels are divided into several parallel channels,and a rapid channel selection method is designed.This effectively addresses the issue of slow dynamic response in vortex flowmeter signal processing methods.The results show that a vortex flowmeter integrated with a four-channel algorithm achieves 0.5-grade accuracy and outperforms Yokogawa flowmeters in terms of dynamic response performance.关键词
