数智赋能地方开放大学学历继续教育与社区教育融合发展的路径研究
A Study on the Paths of Digital Intelligence Empowering the Integrated Development of Degree-Oriented Continuing Education and Community Education in Local Open Universities

Abstract
Digital-intelligence strategies are driving local open universities to promote the integrated development of degree-oriented continuing edu-cation and community education in serving lifelong learning for all.By analyzing the connotation of digital intelligence and the dual roles of open universi-ties,this study clarifies the contextual background,theoretical logic,and practical challenges of their integrated development.Through in-depth inter-views with faculty and administrators from three local open universities in Guangdong Province and systematic review of relevant theoretical and practical literature,the study identifies five key paths for integrated development:reconstructing a blended curriculum system driven by digital intelligence;estab-lishing a"online precision plus offline co-learning"hybrid teaching model;cultivating interdisciplinary faculty teams and co-teaching mechanisms;de-veloping smart learning support systems to enhance process management and personalized intervention;and promoting digital-intelligence governance syn-ergy to build institutional foundations.These paths provide practical references for local open universities transitioning from"accreditation centers"to"public learning service platforms".关键词
