南非职业技术学院的转型背景、现实挑战及应对举措
Transformation Background,Practical Challenges,and Responding Measures of Vocational and Technical Colleges in South Africa

Abstract
After the end of apartheid in 1994,the South African government initiated comprehensive reforms across all levels and types of education to address the negative impacts of apartheid on the education system and to promote both educational equity and quality improvement.In this process,vo-cational and technical colleges in South Africa were consolidated and upgraded into technical universities.While these policy measures raised the overall level of vocational education,they also gave rise to a series of problems,including ambiguous positioning of vocational and technical universities,insuffi-cient policy and resource support,and weak academic culture and social recognition.Although the South African government introduced multiple policy in-itiatives to facilitate the transformation of vocational education,their overall effectiveness has remained limited.The experiences and lessons of South Afri-ca's vocational education transformation offer valuable insights for advancing the effective implementation of high-level vocational undergraduate institu-tions in China.关键词
