基于Unity3D的游梁式抽油机数字孪生系统设计及其运动性能分析
Design of a Digital Twin System for Pumping Units Based on Unity3D and Its Motion Performance Analysis

Abstract
With the increasing demand for oilfield development technology,the development of intelligent pumping well systems has received increasing attention.Digital twin technology is an effective solution for realizing intelligent monitoring and management of pumping well systems.Based on the Unity3D engine and a five-dimensional digital twin model,this paper builds a digital twin prototype system for laboratory beam pumping units.Firstly,a virtual platform is established by reversely modeling with SolidWorks,rendering the model with 3DsMAX,and integrating it into the Unity3D system.At the same time,data acquisition cards and sensors are used to collect kinematic parameters such as displacement and inclination in real time.Finally,after multiple filtering operations,their consistency with simulation data is verified.The results show that the digital twin prototype system for pumping units basically achieves system functions such as 3D visualization of the pumping unit entity,motion state monitoring,and data analysis and visualization.Furthermore,after data filtering and noise reduction,the motion data errors of the virtual model and physical entities,such as suspension point displacement and velocity,are significantly reduced.The displacement data error is 3.09%,the maximum error of velocity parameters is 4.24%,and the maximum error of acceleration parameters is 7.43%.This verifies the feasibility of digital twins in the monitoring of petroleum equipment.关键词
