中国肉牛与奶牛产业生产形势分析与发展建议
Analysis of Production Situation and Development Recommendations for Beef and Dairy Cattle in China

Abstract
China is a major producer and consumer of beef and milk,yet its cattle industry faces critical chal-lenges in transformation and upgrading.Currently,the beef and dairy sectors exhibit significant structural divergence.The beef cattle industry suffers from sluggish domestic capacity growth due to declining bree-ding cow inventories,genetic resource shortages,and high costs of sourcing feeder cattle,resulting in a wi-dening supply-demand gap.The dairy industry,despite improved scale levels,is under profitability pressure from high feed costs,declining raw milk prices,and dairy import shocks,triggering a new round of capacity destocking.To promote high-quality industrial development,this paper systematically analyzes the produc-tion situation,regional layout,and core bottlenecks of both sectors.And proposes four strategies:construc-ting localized industrial chain quality and efficiency enhancement models,establishing moderate-scale bree-ding standards,promoting breed improvement and digital-intelligent management technologies,and optimi-zing talent training system.Through the deep integration of technological innovation,system optimization,and policy guidance,the industry can achieve a fundamental shift from quantitative expansion to quality and efficiency orientation.关键词
