Rethinking Artificial Intelligence under the Perspective of"Two Integrations"
摘要
Abstract
The"Two Integrations"as a significant proposition of theoretical innovation in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,provides unique methodological guidance for the research and de-velopment of artificial intelligence.Re-examining value,AI holds significant value at economic,ethi-cal,cultural,and international levels,and The"Two Integrations"provide scientific methodologies and solid theoretical support for addressing the difficulties in AI development and fully unleashing its potential value.Re-examining the connotation of AI,it is a product of the integration of practice and culture,characterized by subjectivity,historicity,and cultural traits,presenting a unity of cognition,ethics,and practice in its structure.Re-examining development,current AI development faces ethical challenges and governance dilemmas,such as ethical controversies caused by algorithmic bias and the lack of global governance rules,urgently requiring solutions from dimensions like humanistic ethics construction and in-stitutional innovation to promote its coordinated development with new forms of human civilization.关键词
