企业主体视角下坚持和完善生态文明制度体系的路径
Research on Pathways to Uphold and Improve the Ecological Civilization Institutional Framework from an Enterprise Perspective

Abstract
The enterprise sector constitutes an intrinsic requirement,a dynamic force,and a critical nex-us in upholding and improving the institutional framework of ecological civilization.From the perspective of enterprises,the endeavor to sustain and refine this institutional system holds significant importance.Research reveals that,from an enterprise-centered viewpoint,challenges persist in the form of imbal-anced regional and industrial distribution of talent,misalignment between enterprises' innovation mecha-nisms and their innovative vitality,disconnection between corporate ecological practices and the institu-tional framework,as well as insufficiently clear incentive and disciplinary mechanisms for enterprises.Therefore,it is imperative to establish and improve mechanisms for talent incentives and allocation,build robust systems for technological innovation and chievement transformation,clarify mechanisms for foste-ring ecological corporate culture,and innovate reward and punishment frameworks for enterprises,thereby effectively supporting the preservation and enhancement of the institutional system of ecological civiliza-tion.关键词
