Theoretical breakthroughs and prevention and treatment innovations in the era of metabolic medicine for chronic diseases

Abstract
The global prevalence of chronic diseases is becoming increasingly severe and has become the leading cause of death.The disease spectrum and prevention and treatment models of chronic diseases are undergoing profound changes.Metabolic disorders,as the common pathological basis of various chronic diseases,through core mechanisms such as insulin resistance and chronic low-grade inflammation,have established a metabolic comorbidity network characterized by the progression of a single disease and the coexistence of multiple diseases,promoting the transformation of chronic disease medicine from traditional single-disease diagnosis and treatment to the era of metabolic medicine centered on metabolic regulation.Against this backdrop of the times,metabolic medicine has developed a comprehensive prevention and treatment system with lifestyle management as the foundation and precise dietary intervention as the core.However,in practice,this system still faces bottlenecks such as an imperfect theoretical framework,insufficient personalized intervention,and poor patient adherence.Family Nurse Diet Therapy through an innovative path of non-nutrient holistic prevention and treatment,can effectively break through the above predicament and provide important theoretical support for dietary prevention and treatment in the era of chronic disease metabolic medicine.The promotion and application of this theory is expected to drive a fundamental transformation in the prevention and control of chronic diseases,from passive response to active prevention and control,and from target intervention to the restoration of system homeostasis,providing new ideas and references for global chronic disease prevention and control.关键词
