体外循环下小儿心脏术中医护人员低体温管理行为影响因素的质性研究
Influencing factors of hypothermia management behaviors of medical staff in pediatric cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass:a qualitative study

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of hypothermia management behaviors of medical staff during pediatric cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass,and to provide a basis for effectively dealing with intraoperative hypothermia in children undergoing cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods:By using purposive sampling,face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 medical staff from a tertiary grade A hospital in Zhengzhou city from January to February 2025.The data were analyzed using the traditional content analysis method.Results:The main promoting factors for medical staff to implement unplanned hypothermia management during surgery included attaching importance to the significance of child body temperature management,conscious awareness of role responsibilities,and appropriate resource allocation.Obstacle factors included knowledge and skills(lack of a complete knowledge system,lack of professional operation methods and techniques),teams and resources(focus on key links,lack of multi-disciplinary team communication and collaboration,team member interference),systems and supervision(lack of temperature safety handover systems,lack of quality evaluation and feedback mechanisms).Conclusion:Managers should enhance training to improve the knowledge and skills of operating room medical staff in managing intraoperative hypothermia under cardiopulmonary circulation,formulate standardized temperature protection procedures to promote behavioral implementation,promote teamwork,strengthen the collection of quality evaluation indicators,conduct regular evaluations and feedback,and jointly deal with the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia to improve its clinical outcomes.关键词
