摘要

Abstract

Taking the cabbage variety'Chunfeng No.1'as the material,the effects of exogenous abscisic acid(ABA)on the chlorophyll mass fraction and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT)in the seedlings of cabbage under salt,drought,low temperature and high temperature stress were studied by using sodium chloride(NaCl),polyethylene glycol(PEG),and light incubator.The aim was to provide a reference for the application of exogenous ABA in drought-resistant cultivation of cabbage.The results showed that under salt,drought,low temperature and high temperature stress,the chlorophyll mass fraction in the leaves of cabbage decreased,while the activities of SOD,POD and CAT showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.After exogenous spraying of 20 mg/L ABA,the chlorophyll mass fraction and antioxidant enzyme activities under the same stress were increased.Among them,the activity of SOD was significantly increased at all stress times.Under abiotic stress,exogenous ABA could alleviate the physiological damage of cabbage by delaying the degradation of chlorophyll and moderately increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes.
