摘要

Abstract

The recent advances in the novel high-energy-density material dihydroxylammonium 5,5'-bistetrazole-1,1'-diolate(TKX-50)for applications in monomer explosives and composite explosives were reviewed.By analyzing multidimensional re-search achievements in crystal structure,thermal behavior,synthesis methods,and composite systems,the unique ionic molec-ular configuration and synergistic hydrogen-bonding network mechanism of TKX-50 were elucidated,which confers the material with balanced characteristics of high density,low sensitivity,and superior detonation performance.Studies demonstrate that the synthesis process has evolved from traditional multi-step routes to one-pot methods and crystallization control strategies,significantly enhancing production efficiency and safety.In composite explosive systems,energy output optimization has been a-chieved through interface engineering and morphology control.The current research still confronts challenges in scalable pro-duction,component compatibility,and extreme environment adaptability.The future work should emphasize green synthesis processes,multi-scale simulations,and intelligent design to advance innovative applications of TKX-50 in advanced energetic materials.With 89 references were attached.
