采自中国沙棘上的赭痂锈菌属1新种
A New Species of Ochropsora Parasitic on Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis in China
摘要
Abstract
Five rust samples were collected from Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis growing within the areas of Xinglongshan National Nature Reserve and Liancheng National Nature Reserve in Gansu Province of China.Through morphological characterization and phylogenetic analysis,we successfully determined these rust fungi infecting H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis as belonging to a new species of Ochropsora,O.hippophaes that generated metabasidia with internal basidia,and uredinia carrying erect and clavated paraphyses.Results of the phylogenetic analysis using LSU sequences of the O.hippophaes and photographs with the descriptions of morphology along with discussions on those identified features of this new species to distinguish from its similar species are presented in the paper.关键词
