摘要

Abstract

To address the issue of high decomposition temperature for ammonium perchlorate,a novel energetic complex CuN-PCA was synthesized by using copper as the central ion and 5-nitro-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid(NPCA)as the energetic ligand.The structure of CuNPCA was comprehensively characterized using infrared spectroscopy,single-crystal X-ray diffraction,and powder X-ray diffraction techniques.Its thermal stability was analyzed via thermogravimetric analysis coupled with differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),while its mechanical sensitivity was evaluated using the BAM standard method.Additionally,the catalytic performance of CuNPCA in the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate(AP)was investigated by DSC method.The results indicate that CuNPCA exhibits excellent thermal stability and low mechanical insensitivity.Its decomposi-tion temperature is 317.9 ℃,and its impact and friction sensitivity are above 40J and 360N,respectively.By adding CuNPCA with a mass fraction of 3%as a catalyst in AP,the second decomposition temperature of AP is significantly reduced from 399.3 ℃ to 311.9 ℃.This indicates that compared with nano-CuO,propellants incorporating CuNPCA as the combustion cat-alyst will exhibit higher energy levels.
