低密度铵胺炸药的制备与性能研究
Study on the Preparation and Properties of Low-density Ammonium Amine Explosives

Abstract
To meet the demand for low-density explosives in smooth blasting and presplitting blasting projects,the ammonium amine explosive was chemically foamed using a 20%sodium nitrite solution as a foaming agent to prepare the explosive sam-ples with different densities.The growth rate and size distribution of sensitized bubbles in the ammonium amine explosive were characterized and analyzed at the microscopic level using optical microscopy combined with the Cellpose image segmentation algorithm and the Fiji image analysis platform.Detonation velocity and brisance were tested using a detonation velocimeter and the lead cylinder compression test,respectively.The results show that when the content of the foaming agent in the ammonium amine explosive increases from 1.6%to 3.2%,the explosive density decreases from 0.61 g/cm3 to 0.33 g/cm3,and the in-itial foaming rate increases from 0.080g/(cm3·min)to 0.106g/(cm3·min).Both the explosive density and bubble size change slowly after 15 minutes of foaming.The distribution width of sensitized bubbles increases from 35.26μm to 62.26μm,the dispersion index increases from 0.69 to 0.89,and the average bubble size increases from 56.80μm to 81.08μm,indi-cating a wider distribution range and poorer uniformity.The detonation velocity and brisance of the explosives decreases with the reduction in density.Specifically,the detonation velocity decreases from 3 191.35m/s to 2215.26m/s,a reduction of 30.6%,while the brisance decreases from 24.96 mm to 22.83 mm,a reduction of 8.5%.These findings demonstrate that by adjusting the amount of foaming agent added,the preparation and performance regulation of low-density ammonium amine explosive can be achieved.关键词
