温度对Al/AP/HMX/PBT四组元推进剂性能的影响
Effect of Temperature on Performances of Al/AP/HMX/PBT Propellants

Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of temperature on the performance of Al/AP/HMX/PBT four-component propel-lants,four types of propellants with mass fractions of 0,5%,10%,and 15%of HMX were prepared and their process per-formance,mechanical properties and combustion performance were tested.The results show that over the range of 0~15%HMX contents,the sensitivity of the temperature coefficient increases with increasing the HMX content.The glass transition temperatures of the propellant samples fluctuate around-55 ℃,and adding HMX increase the glass transition temperatures slightly.The tensile strength of the propellant samples increases as temperature decreases,but decreases when the temperature drops to-55 ℃.The maximum elongation at 70 ℃ is lower than those at other temperatures.The initial temperatures of the propellant samples are positively correlated with their burning rates.Within the range of 0~15%HMX contents,as the HMX content increases,both temperature sensitivity coefficient and pressure exponent of burning rate decrease.关键词
