Effects of different flight parameters on the deposition of pesticide spray droplets from agricultural drone

Abstract
[Objective]This study was conducted to clarify the influence of different flight parameters on the deposition of pesticide spray droplets from the DJI T30 agricultural drone.[Method]The atomization and deposition effects of the pesticide solution were measured under different flight speeds,heights,spray widths,nozzle numbers,and wind forces by using water-sensitive paper method.[Result]The atomization and deposition effects of the pesticide solution were better under the conditions of a flight speed of 5-6 m/s,a flight height of 1.5-2 m,a spray width of 4-6 m,8 nozzles,and weak wind.When the DJI T30 agricultural drone sprayed at a speed of 6 m/s,a height of 2 m,a spray width of 6 m,and 8 nozzles under weak wind conditions,the cont rol effects on rice sheath blight and rice leaf rollers were 12.39%and 7.22%higher,respectively,than that under conventional parameters with the same dosage.[Conclusion]This study indicates that optimizing the flight parameters of agricultural drones can effectively improve the control effects of crop pests and diseases,and reduce the consumption of chemical pesticides.关键词
