氟茚吡菌胺与氟茚唑菌胺对19种植物病原菌的室内抑菌活性比较
Comparison of indoor inhibitory activities of inpyrfluxam and fluindapyr against 19 plant pathogenic fungi

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to systematically compare the inhibitory activities of two novel succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor(SDHI)fungicides,inpyrfluxam and fluindapyr,against 19 economically important plant pathogens.[Method]The mycelial growth rate method and indoor pot assays were conducted under controlled conditions to determine median effective concentration(EC₅₀)values for each fungicide-pathogen combination.[Result]Inpyrfluxam exhibited broad-spectrum and superior inhibitory activities against most of the tested pathogens.It showed particularly high efficacy against Sclerotium rolfsii,Rhizoctonia solani,Botrytis cinerea,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Alternaria mali,Pyricularia oryzae,Corynespora cassiicola,Alternaria solani,Valsa mali,Fusarium oxysporum,and Mycosphaerella fijiensis,with EC₅₀ values significantly lower than that of fluindapyr.Moreover,it also demonstrated superior activities against R.solani and C.cassiicola compared to the control agents thifluzamide and mefentrifluconazole,respectively.In contrast,while fluindapyr demonstrated relatively lower activities against most pathogens,it exhibited exceptionally high inhibitory activities against the Puccinia triticina with an EC₅₀ of 0.000 4 mg/L,substantially surpassing both inpyrfluxam(EC₅₀=0.584 1 mg/L)and the reference fungicide difenoconazole(EC₅₀=0.001 6 mg/L).[Conclusion]Although inpyrfluxam and fluindapyr share similar chemical structures and relatively consistent fungicidal spectra,they exhibit significant differences in inhibitory activities against different pathogens.The findings of this study provide a scientific basis for the targeted application and resistance management of these two SDHI fungicides.关键词
