Practice of Project-Based Learning in Primary School Science Under the Background of Educational Digital Transformation

Abstract
Digital transformation of education is an important trend in educational reform today and in the future.In recent years,digital tools have gradually entered classrooms and been applied in teaching activities.In project-based learning(PBL),students conduct practical project exploration in realistic contexts,which enables them to give full play to their subjective initiative and cultivate their core scientific literacy.Focusing on the"Weather"unit in Grade 3 Volume 1 of primary school science(Education Science Press,ESP edition),this study carries out PBL by leveraging digital tools and focuses on exploring the digital practice process of PBL in the lesson"How is the Weather Forecast Made?".Practice has revealed that:PBL creates realistic contexts,which can fully stimulate students'desire for exploration and foster their scientific attitudes;the diversified evaluation mechanism designed in PBL helps improve students'comprehensive application capabilities;digital tools can empower project research and effectively enhance the effectiveness of project-based science classrooms.关键词
