Abstract
This study,grounded in the Theory of Reasoned Behavior,investigates the relationship between research burnout,psychological re-silience,social support,and job satisfaction among physical education teachers in Chinese universities.Through a questionnaire survey of 375 faculty members,the research systematically examines the interconnections among these variables.The findings reveal that research burnout not only directly predicts negative job satisfaction,but also indirectly amplifies this effect through a chain mediation pathway involving psychological resilience and so-cial support.Based on these conclusions,university physical education teachers should prioritize enhancing their psychological resilience,while insti-tutional administrators need to establish comprehensive support systems to alleviate burnout during research processes.This dual approach will enhance job satisfaction and ultimately drive continuous improvement in educational quality.关键词
