Abstract
Focusing on the dynamic elasticity of epistemic and affective stances in Chinese A-not-A construction, this study, within the En-trenchment-and-Conventionalization and the Stance Triangle framework, elucidates the developmental pathway of emergent stance in the"nǐ lèi X bù X"construction and its socio-cognitive motivations. The construction is characterized by high productivity, strong schematicity, and weak composition-ality.Through incremental evolution from prototypical uses to situated usage events,it progressively profiles a co-evaluative stance. The routinization and schematization of associative patterns facilitate the activation of individual linguistic knowledge, while the priming and competition of different as-sociations drive the cognitive entrenchment of stance meaning. In the processes of linguistic usualization and diffusion, speakers and hearers co-con-struct shared discourse intentions through co-semiosis,triggering the synergistic interaction of regulatory markers and interpersonal-social contexts, thereby enabling the conventionalization of the co-evaluative stance.关键词
