Research on the Value and Strategies of Developing Elderly Human Resources in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要

Abstract

Under the dual pressures of the growing elderly population and the declining working-age population,higher vocational colleges have become an important subject in developing the younger elderly human resources by virtue of their educational advantages.Based on the theories of active aging and lifelong education,this study employs policy analysis to illustrate the value of higher vocational colleges from four dimensions:economic,educational,social,and institutional development.It then constructs a collaborative framework of"government,schools,enterprises,and society",and proposes strategies such as academic credit banks,senior mentor workshops,and AI recommendation to systematically develop elderly human resources.
