Stickybone联合帐篷钉技术在水平骨增量中的应用
Application of Stickybone combined with the tent-pole technique in horizontal bone augmentation

Abstract
Objective:To compare Stickybone combined with the tent-pole technique and Stickybone alone for spatial maintenance and contour stability in horizontal bone augmentation.Methods:Thirty patients with alveolar ridge horizontal bone width of 2～5 mm were randomly divided into an experimental group(Stickybone combined with tenting screw tech-nique)and a control group(Stickybone technique alone).CBCT scans obtained preoperatively,immediately postoperatively,and at 6 months postoperatively were used to analyze augmented bone maintenance,postoperative reactions,and complication rates in both groups.Results:The experimental group demonstrated significantly greater bone augmentation at 0 mm from the crest and significantly less bone resorption at 0 mm and 3 mm than the control group.No significant intergroup differences were observed in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores for pain/swelling,complication rates,or graft success.Conclusion:Combined Stickybone and tent-pole technique more effectively augments crestal horizontal bone volume and better maintains ridge contour than Stickybone alone.关键词
