Abstract
With the in-depth implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,the health industry has put forward higher requirements for high-quality talents.As an important platform for cultivating highly skilled and high-quality talents,higher vocational education needs to adopt innovative and practical strategies to facilitate the reform and innovation of talent cultivation mode in the health industry.Taking the cultivation of nursing talents as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the innovative paths of higher vocational colleges in talent cultivation for the health industry from multiple dimensions,including curriculum system reconstruction,practical teaching system optimization,faculty development,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation.The aim is to provide references for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.关键词
