Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of Japanese Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the 1+X Certificate System
摘要
Abstract
The 1+X certificate system is a deep-level institutional innovation in the field of vocational education in China,and it plays a key role in improving the quality of professional talent training.This paper focuses on the connotation and the significance of the implementation of the 1+X certificate system,analyzes the current problems in curriculum system,teaching staff,practice conditions and certificate adaptation.And then,from the dimensions of curriculum reconstruction,teaching staff empowerment and practice training upgrade,it proposes the construction path of the talent training mode for higher vocational Japanese major under 1+X certificate system,providing references for the connotative development of the major and the cultivation of compound talents.关键词
