Abstract
As our country gradually enters an aging society,the demand for professional talents in the elderly care nursing industry is gradually increasing.The number of elderly people and elderly care personnel in Liaoning Province has been continuously rising.However,the current training mode for elderly care personnel in China still faces some difficulties and problems during the improvement process.Therefore,the elderly care major in higher vocational colleges should strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises,modify the teaching plan and settings,enhance the practicality of teaching,and establish a specialized talent training team with intelligent elderly care service functions to meet the needs of the industry.关键词
