数字经济赋能林草装备高质量发展的理论逻辑和路径研究
Research on the theoretical logic and pathways for digital economy empowering high-quality development of forestry and grassland equipment
摘要
Abstract
Forestry and grassland equipment constitutes a core material carrier and technological underpinning for forestry modernization.Its intelligent upgrading and transformation serve as a pivotal pathway for cultivating new quality productive forces and advancing high-quality development in the sector.Currently,China's forestry and grassland equipment sector confronts practical predicaments,namely"lack of suitable equipment,difficulty in utilizing available equipment,shortage of high-performance equipment,and inefficient use of existing equipment",which have constrained the progress of forestry modernization.Grounded in the theories of the digital economy and new quality productive forces,this paper constructs a systematic analytical framework of"digital empowerment-high-quality development-institutional support",and reveals that the digital economy reshapes the internal logic of the forest and grass equipment industry in terms of factor allocation,organizational form,and value creation through the mechanism of factor digitization,process intelligence,capability platformization,and ecological valorization.On this basis,the article proposes systematically promoting the high-quality development of forestry and grassland equipment,with intelligent upgrading as the core,information integration as the support,multi-functional expansion as the breakthrough,and service-oriented transformation as the extension.It also constructs a policy support system from aspects such as top-level design,innovation ecosystem,talent cultivation,industrial chain collaboration,and digital security.In the future,it is necessary to focus on solving deep-seated problems such as the weak digital infrastructure in forest areas and the mismatch between the scattered equipment demand and the market-scale supply,strengthen the leading role of the government,improve the collaborative mechanism between the government and the market,promote the transformation of forest and grass equipment towards intelligence,green development and service-orientation,and contribute to the construction of ecological civilization and rural revitalization.关键词
