New Quality Productive Forces empowering forestry socialized services:logic,obstacles and paths

Abstract
As an integral part of the agricultural socialized service system,forestry social-ized services serve as a key link connecting forest farmer households with modern forestry.New Quality Productive Forces(NQPF)refer to a new type of productive forces driven by new technologies.Empowering forestry socialized services with NQPF is pivotal to advancing the high-quality development of forestry.Based on Marx's theory of productive forces and relations of production,and combined with the characteristics of developing NQPF in the new era,this paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the theoretical,historical,and realistic logics underlying its empowerment of forestry socialized services,and constructed a theoretical framework and optimization paths for such empowerment.Forestry socialized services were the outcome of the division of labor promoted by productive forces,with the free and all-round development of humans as their value orientation.Their development was closely intertwined with the improvement of productive forces.Forestry socialized services acted as a technological carrier for developing forestry-related NQPF,a key pillar for building a modern forestry industrial system,and an important bridge linking small-scale farmers to modern forestry.However,practical obstacles such as shortcomings in the de-velopment of technical equipment at the technological level,weak capabilities of service subjects at the operational level and insufficient coordination at the institutional level restricted the quality and efficiency of forestry socialized services.Accordingly,this paper proposed empowering paths from three dimensions:technological adaptation,subject capacity building,and institutional optimization.Future research can adopt a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to further deepen the quantitative study of internal mechanisms,strengthen follow-up evaluations in practice,and focus on applications in emerging fields.These efforts aim to provide references for fostering forestry-related NQPF,improving the quality and efficiency of forestry socialized services,and thereby advancing the sustainable development of China's forestry sector.关键词
