Abstract
To satisfy the transportation and erection requirements of a certain storage and transport cylinder type,a dedicated transportation and erection device has been designed.The device primarily comprises a rotary erection mechanism,adjustable brackets,counterweights,and other components.Based on a passive erection scheme,it provides a reliable platform for transporting and flipping storage and transport cylinder.A three-dimensional model of the device was established to verify its structural integrity under static load,transportation,and erection conditions,with stress and deformation analyzed across various operating scenarios.The results demonstrate that the design is rational and functional,effectively meeting the transportation and erection requirements of launch canisters.关键词
