Abstract
High-load conveying systems are widely used in modern warehousing and logistics.However,transitions between heavy-load and no-load conditions can impact system performance,posing challenges to equipment positioning accuracy,operational stability,and service life.Through detailed phenomenological description and root cause analysis,a closed-loop solution logic is proposed,encompassing structural reinforcement,control compensation,material optimization,surface treatment selection,and detailed design improvements,systematically presenting a comprehensive set of performance enhancement solutions.关键词
