Abstract
Taking the installation of a tubular belt conveyor at a bulk cargo transfer trestle as an example,the key installation technologies for long-distance,large-diameter tubular belt conveyors were reviewed.The challenges associated with heavy mass and extended conveying distance were addressed through rational sectional laying methods.Reliable connection of thick,high-strength conveyor belts was achieved through vulcanization techniques.Belt deviation issues were rectified through installation of tensioning devices and idler rollers,ensuring successful commissioning and heavy-load testing operations of tubular belt conveyors.This research can serve as a valuable reference for similar projects.关键词
