吴深涛基于内毒理论运用柴胡类方的经验
WU Shentao's experience in applying Chaihu decoction based on the theory of internal toxin
摘要
Abstract
This article summarizes Professor WU Shentao's clinical experience in applying Chaihu decoction based on the internal toxin theory.It is believed that spleen-stomach weakness with impaired essence distribution leads to"putrefied essence transforming into toxin",constituting the fundamental mechanism of internal toxin gener-ation and Shaoyang disease initiation.Dysfunction of the Shaoyang pivot mechanism disrupts ascending-descending dynamics,causing systemic maldistribution of nutrients that accumulate as turbidity-toxin complexes.For patients manifesting pivot mechanism dysfunction with abnormal fluid metabolism,the treatment focuses on harmonizing Shaoyang and regulating water-fire interactions using the self-designed modified Chaihu Jiedu decoction.Those pres-enting turbidity-toxin conversion with internal turbid-toxin accumulation receive therapy emphasizing Shaoyang clear-ance combined with turbidity-resolving detoxification through the modified self-formulated Huazhuo Jiedu decoction For cases of yang deficiency with toxin retention demonstrating mixed deficiency-excess patterns,the strategy com-bines Shaoyang regulation with yang-warming detoxification employing modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction.关键词
