李佩芳运用通调三焦法论治乳腺结节经验
LI Peifang's experience in treating breast nodules on Tongtiao Sanjiao theory
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,with the acceleration of the pace of social life and the increase of social pressure,more and more young women are prone to breast nodules,and its incidence is on the rise,and it has a tendency to be-come cancerous at any time.The disease not only causes damage to the body of a large number of women,but also af-fects their normal work and life.Professor LI Peifang believes that the disease is located in the liver,the disease of de-ficiency and accumulation,the core pathogenesis is the lower jiao liver failure,chong Ren disorder,the middle jiao spleen and stomach transport disorder,the upper jiao heart and lung qi and blood operation is not smooth,the three jiao qi movement disorder.Clinically,Professor LI takes Tongtiao Sanjiao as the treatment principle,and flexibly uses the prescription to achieve the adjustment of emotions,dredging the channels and collaterals,promoting blood circula-tion and removing blood stasis,and patenting the three jiao.By introducing relevant clinical trials,this paper summa-rizes Professor LI Peifang's valuable experience in the treatment of breast nodules based on the theory of Tongtiao Sanjiao,in order to provide new ideas and references for the treatment of breast nodules in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
