摘要

Abstract

Oxygen is one of the indispensable elements of the body's life activities.Hypoxia and other fac-tors can induce the increase of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and free radical release in the body,thus breaking the normal oxygen metabolism balance and causing the disorder of lipid metabolism in cell mem-brane.Under hypoxia conditions,the body will produce a non-specific reaction,that is,oxidative stress(OS),which will make the homeostasis of the body unbalanced and eventually lead to local or systemic changes.Nrf2/NF-κB is an important signaling pathway involved in oxidative stress in animals,and the acti-vation and inhibition of its activity play a crucial role in the progression of oxidative stress in animals.There-fore,the mechanism of Nrf2/NF-κB pathway on oxidative stress in animals and the research progress of alle-viating oxidative stress in animals during production and adaptation under yhpoxic environments,which will provide a theoretical basis for future research on reducing stress damage.
