Historical Process,Evolutionary Characteristics,and Basic Experience of the Communist Party of China's Self-Revolution

Abstract
Chinese modernization is the major practice initiated and led by the Communist Party of China(the CPC).The century-long struggle of the CPC is not only a vivid epitome of the development of China's modernization,but also a magnificent journey in which the Party has led the people in unremitting efforts through self-revolution.Throughout the Party's century-long development,the practice of self-revolution has been deeply integrated with the process of Chinese modernization,which can be clearly divided into four historical development stages:revolution,construction,reform,and the new era.Its evolutionary characteristics are mainly embodied in the unity of criticism and construction,the combination of ideological Party building and institutional Party governance,the coordinated advancement of systematic thinking and dialectical thinking,as well as the deepening of strategic thinking from"strengthening Party discipline"to"full and strict governance over the Party"and further to the"Party's self-revolution".Drawing on a century of experience,the core lies in upholding the fundamental political prerequisite of the Party's leadership,adhering to the value stance of putting people first,inheriting the glorious traditions and fine conduct of the CPC,and taking anti-corruption efforts as a key approach.These important historical experience and practical characteristics provide important guidance for continuously deepening the Party's self-revolution in the new era.关键词
