多维视域下的黄岩岛领土主权研究
Research on the Territorial Sovereignty of Huangyan Island from a Multi-Dimensional Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Huangyan Island is one of the few islands and reefs in the Zhongsha Islands of China that protrude above the water surface.It holds significant geographical,resource and geopolitical value.Given that since the 1990s,the Phil-ippines has successively attempted to expand its influence over Huangyan Island through domestic legislation,enforcement measures,and the initiation of improper arbitration,domestic and foreign scholars have refuted this view based on histori-cal geography,international law,and international politics,providing an important theoretical basis with significant aca-demic value and strategic significance for safeguarding the sovereignty of Huangyan Island and resisting aggression from Philippines.With the changes in the international situation and the adjustment of China's strategic layout,the research on the South China Sea territory where Huangyan Island is located will provide more intellectual support for safeguarding national sovereignty and maritime security.关键词
