Dynamic Cognitive Management of Leaders:A Three-Dimensional Path to Cracking the Three Laws of Technology

Abstract
As the shortening of technological iteration cycle accelerates,the gap between leaders'cognitive abilities and technological evolution has increasingly become a bottleneck which restricts responses to technological transformation.Based on the Three Laws of Technology proposed by Douglas Adams,this paper systematically analyzes the manifesta-tions,causes,and solutions to cognitive rigidity among leaders from three dimensions:cognitive psychology,leadership science,and organizational learning theory.The inter-generational cognitive differences revealed by the Three Laws of Technology are primarily manifested in three major issues among leaders:technological cognition lag,decision-making pat-tern inertia,and talent management bias.These issues stem from inter-generational cognitive disconnection,organizational learning failure,and the absence of ethical leadership.The paper constructs a dynamic cognitive management system en-compassing three aspects:inter-generational wisdom integration,organizational learning ecosystem reconstruction,and the cultivation of sci-tech ethical leadership.It also proposes specific mechanisms and tools such as"reverse mentoring","cognitive gym",and"blockchain-based decision documentation".关键词
