穴位贴敷治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察
Observations on the efficacy of acupoint application for postherpetic neuralgia

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application for postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)and its effect on immune function in patients with PHN.Method One hundred and thirty-four patients with PHN were randomized to a control group(67 cases,seven cases dropping out)and a test group(67 cases,10 cases dropping out).The control group received acupoint application of placebo and the test group,acupoint application of Chinese herbal medicine.The pain visual analog scale(VAS)score and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score were recorded and serum substance P(SP)and β-endorphin(β-EP)levels and CD4﹢/CD8﹢ levels were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 84.2%in the test group,which was higher than 61.7%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS score decreased in the two groups(P＜0.05)and was lower in the test group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score decreased in the two groups(P＜0.05)but had no statistically significant between-group difference(P＞0.05).After treatment,serumβ-EP levels and CD4﹢/CD8﹢ increased in the test group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serumβ-EP levels and CD4﹢/CD8﹢ were higher in the test group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application can reduce the severity of pain and improve sleep quality and immune function in PHN patients.关键词
