脐灸联合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的临床疗效及对血清PTX3和sICAM-1水平的影响
Clinical efficacy of umbilical moxibustion combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its effects on serum PTX3 and sICAM-1 levels

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of umbilical moxibustion combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AE-COPD)and its effects on serum pentraxin 3(PTX3)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)levels.Method Ninety AE-COPD patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment;the control group was given montelukast sodium,while the experimental group received umbilical moxibustion in addition to the control treatment.Changes in pulmonary function indices[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and peak expiratory flow(PEF)],serum PTX3 and sICAM-1 levels,modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)dyspnea scale,and COPD assessment test(CAT)scores before and after treatment were observed.Clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,serum PTX3 and sICAM-1 levels decreased in both groups,and levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).mMRC and CAT scores decreased in both groups,with the experimental group scoring lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3%in the experimental group and 77.8%in the control group,with the experimental group being superior(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.2%in the experimental group,lower than 17.8%in the control group(P＜0.05).Pulmonary function indices increased in both groups after treatment,with higher values in the experimental group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,umbilical moxibustion combined with montelukast sodium is superior to montelukast sodium alone in improving pulmonary function,relieving dyspnea,enhancing patient health status,and reducing inflammation levels in AE-COPD patients.It demonstrates significant comprehensive efficacy and high safety.关键词
