肺癌早期筛查对受检者心理健康影响的研究进展
Research Progress on the Impact of Early Lung Cancer Screening on the Mental Health of the Screening Population
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer has the highest incidence and mortality rates of all malignant tumors worldwide;therefore,effec-tive screening is crucial for the early detection of precancerous lesions and lung cancer.Low-dose computed tomography(LDCT)is currently the standard modality for early lung cancer screening;it has been proven to reduce mortality and improve patient outcomes. However, its potential adverse psychological effects should not be overlooked. This article reviews early lung cancer screening and analyzes the psychological impact of LDCT on participants. The findings aim to equip public health poli-cymakers with evidence for developing effective screening programs and to provide a theoretical foundation for healthcare pro-fessionals to implement targeted psychological interventions.关键词
