基于线粒体细胞色素b基因的小黄鱼6个野生群体遗传特征研究
Genetic characteristics of six wild populations of small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis)based on mitochondrial Cytb gene

Abstract
Small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis)has significant economic value in China,but its popula-tions are grappling with diminishing germplasm resources.To address this issue,a study delved into the genetic structure of six small yellow croaker populations along the east coast of China,utilizing the mitochondrial cyto-chrome b(Cytb)gene.The results revealed a total of 138 variable sites across the six populations,accounting for 19.86%of all sites.Among these,102 were parsimony-informative sites and 36 were singleton sites.Additional-ly,96 haplotypes were identified,comprising 15 shared haplotypes and 81 private haplotypes.Haplotype diversity ranged from 0.925 to 0.972,and nucleotide diversity ranged from 0.003 48 to 0.035 31.AMOVA results indica-ted higher genetic variation within populations(91.89%)compared to inter-population variation(8.11%).Neu-tral tests suggested population stability,except for the Xiapu population,which may have experienced a minor population expansion.While small yellow croaker populations exhibited high haplotype diversity,nucleotide diver-sity was comparatively low.Overall,population differentiation was minimal and stable,with the Xiapu population demonstrating greater genetic distance and higher genetic differentiation compared to the other five populations.关键词
