乌龟苗种低温保存技术研究
Research on cryopreservation of Mauremys reevesii hatchlings

Abstract
To investigate the effects of cryopreservation on the growth of Mauremys reevesii hatchlings,an artificial temperature-control method was applied.The hatchlings were preserved at 10℃for 0,30,60,and 90 days.After survival rates were recorded,the hatchlings were transferred to a rearing environment at 29℃for 10 days,then biochemical indices and locomotor performance were measured.In addition,the hatchlings subjected to low-temperature treatment were cultured at 29℃for two-month to determine growth rate.The results showed that the survival rates of the hatchlings stored at 10℃for 0,30,60,and 90 days were 100%,100%,97.78%,and 42.22%,respectively.No significant differences were observed in cortisol,malondialdehyde,total protein con-centration,or glutathione oxidase among hatchlings from different treatment groups(P>0.05).Superoxide dis-mutase activity differed significantly between the 30-day and 60-day groups(P<0.05),and the total antioxidant capacity of hatchlings in the 30-day treatment group was significantly higher than that in the 60-day and 90-day groups(P<0.05).The 60-day group exhibited the shortest single sustained swimming time(30.61±11.74)s,which was significantly lower than that of the 0-day treatment group(P<0.05).The growth rate of hatchlings in the low-temperature treatment groups was significantly higher than that of the untreated group(P<0.05).Low-temperature storage at 10℃can effectively extend the seedling supply period.To balance survival rate and quali-ty,it is recommended that the storage duration be controlled within 60 days.This study provides practical baseline data for the long-term preservation of M.reevesii hatchlings.关键词
