凡纳对虾养殖池塘环境及肠道微生物群落构建机制初探
Preliminary study on the construction mechanism of microbial community in the farming ponds and intestine of Penaeus vannamei

Abstract
To explore the relationship between the intestinal microbiota of Penaeus vannamei and pond environ-mental microbiota,and to reveal the changing patterns of microoganisms in the farming process,16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics methods were used to analyze the composition,changes,functions and community construction mechanisms of the microorganisms in the water,sediment and shrimp gut.The results showed that there were differences and dynamic changes in the water,sediment and gut microorganisms.The dom-inant microorganisms in the water were Proteobacteria and Cyanobacteria;the sediment were mainly composed of Bacteroidota and Proteobacteria,while Proteobacteria and Firmicutes were mainly species in the shrimp gut.Source Tracker analysis showed that the number of sediment and intestinal microbial exchanges was higher than that of water and gut microbes.The results of community building mechanism showed that deterministic processes dominated the construction of water microbial community,and pH and biochemical oxygen demand(COD)were the most important environmental factors.The microbial communities in sediments and gut were jointly determined by both deterministic and stochastic processes.The composition and function of intestinal microorganisms in shrimp were affected by multiple factors such as environmental microorganisms and environmental factors.关键词
