摘要
Abstract
To investigate the resistance profiles of Aeromonas spp.in aquaculture products in Shanghai and pro-vide a scientific basis for disease control and the rational use of antimicrobials, clinical samples were collected from major aquaculture regions across the city in 2024.A total of 30 Aeromonas strains were isolated and identi-fied,including A.veronii,A.hydrophila,A.sobria,A.caviae,and unclassified Aeromonas species. The mini-mum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of eight commonly used antimicrobials—enrofloxacin, neomycin sulfate,thia-mphenicol,florfenicol,doxycycline hydrochloride, flumequine, sulfamonomethoxine, and sulfamethoxazole/trime-thoprim—were determined using the microbroth dilution method.Susceptibility testing revealed that the isolates were highly sensitive to enrofloxacin and neomycin sulfate, both exhibiting a resistance rate of 0%.Conversely,high resistance rates were observed for thiamphenicol, sulfamonomethoxine, and sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim,with a marked increase in MIC90 values for specific agents. These findings suggest that enrofloxacin and neomycin sulfate remain highly effective first-line treatments for Aeromonas infections in Shanghai, while the use of sulfona-mides should be strictly managed. This study provides critical data to support the standardized application of anti-microbials and the development of risk-mitigation strategies for antimicrobial resistance in aquaculture.关键词
