Abstract

The effects of Cu-Ni-Fe-P alloy composition design,microstructure,and properties were investigated using optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),hardness testing,and electrical conductivity testing instruments.The results demonstrate that the Ni/Fe mass ratio significantly influenced the alloy's properties.When the Ni/Fe mass ratio was 3.00,the Vickers hardness of the Cu-Ni-Fe-P alloy reaches its peak at 171.5 under the condition of aging at 500℃for 0.50 h,and the average size of the precipitated phase at this time was 2.2 nm.When the aging time was extended to 12.00 h,the average size of the precipitated phase increased to 5.6 nm.The addition of Fe element reduced the solid solubility of solute atoms,effectively inhibited the lattice distortion in the matrix and improved the electrical conductivity.When the Ni/Fe mass ratio was 1.00,the Cu-Ni-Fe-Pa alloy attained a maximum electrical conductivity of 63.6%IACS under the aging condition of 500℃for 12.00 h.Among them,when the mass ratio of Ni/Fe was 1.00,under the aging condition of 500℃for 6.00 h,the comprehensive performance of Cu-Ni-Fe-P alloy is the best.
