薛己针砭出血法临床应用探析
Analysis of the Clinical Application of Xue Ji Needle Bleeding Method

Abstract
Acupuncture hemorrhage,also known as puncture bloodletting,lancet therapy,is a method of treating diseases by piercing one or some parts of the human body with special needles to release a certain amount of blood,which has the effects of detoxification,heat dissipation,blood stasis and pus drainage.In the Ming Dynasty,Xue Ji discussed the treatment tools,bleeding sites,quantity,color,quality,indications,precautions and precautions of acupuncture bleeding,and proposed corresponding bleeding plans for different diseases,or using blood prick alone,or combined with traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion,and the treatment scope involves a variety of diseases such as surgery,traumatology,pediatrics,and otolaryngology,especially good at surgery.Xue's clinical application of acupuncture hemorrhage has rich experience,unique and remarkable curative effect,and still has important guiding significance for modern treatment of related diseases.关键词
