Professor Zhang Juan's Experience in Treating Tourette Syndrome in Children from the Perspective of the"Gan-Shen-Nao"Axis
摘要
Abstract
Tic disorder is a chronic neuropsychiatric disorder,which is the most common movement disorder in childhood.it has the characteristics of high incidence rate,easy recurrence and long course of disease.Professor Zhang Juan,the mentor,treats pediatric tic disorders from the perspective of the"Gan-Shen-Nao"axis.She believes that"kidney brain deficiency"is the fundamental cause of the disease,emotional disorders are often the trigger,liver hyperactivity and wind movement are the key pathological mechanisms,and disturbance of the brain and spirit is the location of the disease.In terms of treatment,the principles of"ordered specimens,staged treatment","regulating body and mind to prevent diseases",and"using insect medicine to treat diseases from the perspective of wind"are proposed,with particular emphasis on nourishing the kidneys and brain,treating diseases and seeking the root cause.At the same time,the importance of applying regulation and tonifying the spleen and stomach throughout the entire process,as well as the necessity of regulating body and mind,have been emphasized.Good clinical efficacy has been achieved.关键词
