水基石墨润滑技术在铝板带铸轧生产中的研究与应用
Research and application of water based graphite lubrication technology in aluminum sheet and strip casting and rolling production

Abstract
With the further improvement of the requirements for the surface quality,microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy cast-rolled strips,coupled with the development needs of low-carbon aluminum,the application of water-based graphite lubricants in the roll release technology of aluminum cast-rolling mills has become increasingly significant.The principle of roll release using water-based graphite lubrication was briefly outlined,and the effects of water-based graphite lubricants on the temperature of casting roll surfaces,the surface quality of aluminum sheets and strips,grain structure,and central segregation were investigated through experimental studies.The results indicate that water-based graphite lubrication can accelerate heat dissipation from the casting roll surface and cooling of the sheet and strip,thereby enhancing the speed of cast-rolling.It promotes the formation of a cold zone in the aluminum sheet and strip,inhibits grain growth,and improves the mechanical properties of the product.Additionally,it reduces carbon emissions,exhibiting greater environmental friendliness.关键词
